WHAT IS DAVID WEBB'S RETURN POLICY?
For purchases from our boutiques or davidwebb.com, David Webb will arrange an exchange or issue a store credit within 30 days of original purchase. All exchanges must be in the original condition and must be accompanied with the original packaging and sales slip. Please note that David Webb does not offer refunds for purchases from our boutiques or online store.
For online purchases please contact us to confirm the return of your order and receive shipping information; please do not, under any circumstances, ship jewelry to us without specific instructions. You may also return the piece(s) to any of our David Webb boutiques in the U.S. for an exchange or store credit only.
Note that, regardless of method of purchase, custom-ordered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, pieces with signs of wear, damage, or which have been altered in any fashion (engraved, embossed, resized, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
