HOW DO I CLEAN MY DAVID WEBB JEWELRY?

David Webb himself said that "Jewelry should be worn, not kept in the vault." So - wear it, and enjoy it! When not wearing it, always store your David Webb jewelry in its David Webb suede case.

We do not recommend attempting to clean David Webb jewelry yourself; please stop by our Madison Avenue workshop for cleaning, or contact us if you’d like to ship it to us. If you must clean it, use a gentle dishwashing soap and lukewarm water, then pat dry. 

THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY DAVID WEBB PIECE. WHAT DO I DO?

Even when properly worn (and enjoyed), David Webb jewelry may need occasional polishing, adjustment or repair. 

Repairs or alterations of David Webb jewelry should only be performed by the David Webb workshop in New York. David Webb jewelry is exceptionally finely crafted by artisans with decades of highly specialized experience, and repairs or modifications made outside the David Webb workshop can affect the structural integrity of the piece.

Upon receipt of a piece, we will conduct an assessment to understand what repairs will be needed. We will then contact you to provide an estimate of cost and time required.

Note that, if you did not purchase your piece directly from David Webb or an authorized partner, your piece will need to be authenticated before it can be repaired. The David Webb workshop will not repair pieces which cannot be verified as authentic David Webb.
